Terms & Conditions – Fifth Eye Crew Drone Training & Taster Sessions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all drone-related events, training sessions, and masterclasses provided by Fifth Eye Crew. By booking a session, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Payments
1.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. 1.2. Prices are listed per course and are subject to change. 1.3. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1. All bookings are non-refundable due to high demand and limited spaces. 2.2. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another individual within the film and TV industry by notifying us at least 48 hours before the session. 2.3. If we cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, instructor illness), you will be offered either: a rescheduled session date or a credit for a future session. 2.4. No refunds will be issued if you fail to attend the session.
3. Eligibility & Industry Requirement
3.1. All Drone Taster Sessions and Masterclasses are strictly for film, TV, and media professionals. 3.2. We reserve the right to ask for proof of industry involvement (e.g., IMDb profile, production credits, crew ID). 3.3. If you do not meet the industry criteria, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.
4. Safety & Conduct
4.1. All attendees must follow the safety instructions given by the instructors at all times. 4.2. We only fly manual mode—you must be prepared to take full control of the drone under supervision. 4.3. Reckless or unsafe flying will result in immediate removal from the session without a refund. 4.4. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant displaying disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
5. Equipment & Liability
5.1. Fifth Eye Crew provides DJI drones for use during sessions. You may also bring your own drone, subject to approval. 5.2. If you are using your own drone, you are fully responsible for its operation, maintenance, and any damages incurred. 5.3. You acknowledge that drone flying carries inherent risks, and you participate at your own risk. Fifth Eye Crew is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from participation. 5.4. We are not responsible for any drone malfunctions, crashes, or loss of footage during the session.
6. Weather Conditions & Session Rescheduling
6.1. Drone flying is weather-dependent. If extreme weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds) make flying unsafe, we will notify you of any rescheduling. 6.2. If weather conditions change mid-session, instructors will determine whether to continue, modify, or postpone the session. 6.3. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related disruptions, but we will offer an alternative session date.
7. Filming & Photography at Events
7.1. Fifth Eye Crew may film or photograph parts of the session for promotional purposes. 7.2. By attending, you grant us permission to use images or footage of you in promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns. 7.3. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please notify us in advance.
8. Insurance & Certification
8.1. These sessions are for experience and educational purposes only and do not provide official drone pilot certification. 8.2. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own insurance if they intend to fly commercially outside of these sessions.
9. Amendments to Terms
9.1. Fifth Eye Crew reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
